People Who Wake up Early are Healthier and Happier
Scientists of University of Toronto found out, that people who wake up early in the morning are healthier than those who give preference to “night” life: the British Telegraph informs. According to scientist Rene Bise, the investigation has shown that people who wake up early, despite age and sex have less health problems.
The scientists state that people who wake up early are soberer, zealous and happy, while among those who prefer sleeping until noon, fatigue and mood change is observed. “The one who prefers to wake up after 11 am, has a “hard” day, than the one who wakes up at 7 and works from 9 am to 5 pm”, Bise said.
