Turkey will chair BSEC on the second part of this year

On June 11 the 26th meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Black Sea Economical Cooperation (BSEC) took place in Belgrade. As press and information department of Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs two-day meeting of the Senior Officials Committee took place before it.

Armenian delegation was led by Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ashot Hovakimyan who delivered a speech.

Armenian Deputy MFA underlined with satisfaction in his speech that the advantage was achieved during the Serbian chairmanship and spoke about Armenian practical participation in the BSEC activities.

The new format and approach to the issues on the 20th anniversary of the cooperation was rated.

Armenian official welcomed the acceptance of the new agenda and some important documents.

More than 80 offers and decisions were accepted during the meeting.

On the end of the meeting the chairmanship was transferred from Serbia to Turkey. The latter will chair BSEC on the second part of this year.
