Iran Army, IRGC to launch joint military trainings in autumn

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRCG) and the country's army will launch joint military trainings in Isfahan in autumn of the current solar year (started on March 20), IRNA news Agency quoted Commander of Iranian Land Forces, Gen. Ahmad Reza Pourdastan as saying.

He said that due to great interest, joint military trainings may be repeated for several times.

"We want to keep ready our forces for making military operations anywhere, anytime against probable threats. Iranian Army should boost its capacities for emergency situations," he said.

Iranian general added that during the military exercises, Iranian Air Forces will likely involve the war game.
