The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has sent another protest note to Iran today about two citizens of the republic missing in this country, official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev told media today.

He said that this is the third note, sent to Tehran.

"The fate of every citizen is important for Azerbaijan," he said. "Baku expects a response from the Iranian side for 25 days."

He also stressed that the information on withdrawing Azerbaijani ambassador to Iran is wrong.

"Azerbaijan has not withdrawn the ambassador for consultations," he said. "Perhaps, he arrived for personal reasons."
