Member of Erdoghan's party apologized to Armenian nation

Member of the Turkish leading party “Justice and development” Ismet Uchman announced that “the events of 1915 were ethnic exiles” and he himself apologized to Armenians for those events. Armenpress.am informs about this referring to the Turkish “Milliyet” magazine,

Uchman announced that Turkish current authorities are not guilty for the events on the beginning of the 20th century in Ottoman Empire and the Young Turks were responsible for those events. “It is necessary for us to be able to say that we apologize for some events of the past. Now I personally apologize for the “ethnic exiles”, he said.  

Referring to the issue of compensation member of the leading party announced that it was a complicated issue and its solution is not known. Uchman said that it would be better for Armenian and Turkish countries to be together on this way as it is the only possible way to pass together and find a solution. “It is necessary to be open for the critics”, he said.
